“Gregory Spears is rightly one of the US’s most lauded younger operatic composers.” – OPERA Magazine

“UrbanArias’ recording of Paul’s Case is an antidote to the intellectual pretensions that regularly drag contemporary opera performance toward tediousness and boredom.” – Parterre Box

In August 2018, UrbanArias was thrilled to reassemble the original cast of our World Premiere production of Gregory Spears and Kathryn Walat’s opera Paul’s Case. We recorded it over three days at SUNY Purchase, and are delighted to share the results with all of you. Our recording was released by National Sawdust Tracks.

YOU MAY PURCHASE the recording from National Sawdust Tracks, or on your favorite digital platform!
